Jen ran an electrical company with her husband. Serial entrepreneur for 15+ years. She’s been the stay-at-home spouse, the business partner, and the owner with a spouse working elsewhere. She’s lived every version of this.
Bruce holds a Masters in Industrial Psychology, 25+ years with Fortune 50/500 companies, Certified Profit First Professional, TTI certified. He brings the business strategy lens.
