Jen Garrison and Bruce Baker currently work together with business owners in the trenches. Now they’re teaming up to bridge the gap between business success and relationship health.
Jen is a communication expert and business strategist who knows firsthand how business pressures can strain even the strongest relationships. After running a company with her husband and building multiple businesses of her own, she’s lived the tension entrepreneurs face daily.
With years of training in interpersonal communication and facilitation – including workshops on relationships, communication, and personal healing – Jen brings real tools, not theory. Her approach is rooted in asking the right questions and creating clarity, helping people see what’s actually happening and what they truly want – for their business and their relationships.
Bruce holds a Masters in Industrial Psychology, 25+ years with Fortune 50/500 companies, Certified Profit First Professional, TTI certified. He brings the business strategy lens.
